Q: What are some trends in the industry driving demand for your products?
A: Recently, we’ve observed the convergence of two major trends: clean label and transparency. Health-conscious consumers are paying closer attention to ingredient labels, scrutinizing individual components, and considering the values of the companies they support—such as how they treat employees and minimize environmental impact.

The majority of our business is organic, so we’ve always operated with sustainability in mind, from farm to fork. These trends aren’t new to us—they align with how we’ve always worked, not just as a response to the current market demands.

Q: Any new product innovations on the horizon that you’d like to share?
A: Right now, the buzz in the industry is about cutting sugar on product labels. Imagine reducing sugar by up to 30% without sacrificing functionality in your formulations.

We manufacture only natural sweeteners derived from plants and grains that are non-GMO. With options to lower sugar and maintain a clean label, we invite product formulators to reach out and learn more about these exciting solutions.

Q: What industry events can we expect to see your company attend?
A: Wheels up! We’re heading to Las Vegas this September for SupplySide West and are excited to connect with our partners in the beverage and nutraceutical sectors.

We’ll be showcasing how we’re helping manufacturers stay ahead of the curve, including switching from corn to tapioca in gummy applications and incorporating our reduced sugar ingredients.
